- Materials: 25Cr2Ni4MoVE, 30CrNi3MoV, ASTM4340
- Application: triplex pump, quintuple pump, frac pump
- Process: EF + LF + VD + VC
- The process as follow: ingot → heat → forging → heat treatment (normalizing + tempering) → inspection → rough machining → UT → 2nd heat treatment → finishing machining → inspection
- Test: 100% UT and MT tested
- We purchase the steel ingot from well know and qualified steel mill in China
- All our forged ratio >4.5 and guarantee a full time normalize and anneal process to make sure the grain size and cleanness degree
